Kent Olson: Loan Advisor
Kent Olson has been blessed to serve more than 25 years in the mortgage and real estate industries. He's built teams and companies in both spaces and has overseen thousands of closed transactions for many outstanding people. His perspectives on serving others were also shaped more than a decade ago when his son was diagnosed with autism. This led him down a new personal path, which included co-founding a non-profit organization named Twin Cities Autism Foundation, Inc.
Kent originally spent 14 years in the mortgage lending business and 9 of those were in leadership roles. Later he launched a real estate franchise and ultimately ended up running two real estate companies for more than a decade. In 2022, he made a full circle return as a full-time, licensed loan advisor…and his years of experience led him to introduce the "Extreme Hospitality" approach that highlights the service experience that is so near and dear to him and his For YOU! Mortgage team.
Kent and his wife Laura are Midwest natives and have been married for more than 20 years. They have two teenage kids, Matty and Katie. Kent enjoys attending live music and comedy shows with Laura and eating spicy food of all types. He's an avid runner during the warmer months and he loves traveling with the entire family to anywhere with mountains or a beach.

Bridget Olson: Senior Mortgage Processor
Bridgette Olson is a warm-hearted and resilient individual who proudly calls Hugo, Minnesota, home. Her journey has taken her through various states during her teenage years, including Wisconsin, Missouri, and California, before returning to Minnesota at age 15. As an adult, Bridgette also moved back to California a couple of times and even lived in the mountains, embracing the beauty of nature.
Bridgette moved to Hugo specifically to be just six minutes away from her daughter, reflecting her deep commitment to family. As a young mother at 17, she faced and overcame significant challenges, including addiction, and raised her daughter with immense care and love, always hoping to protect and nurture her. Bridgette is incredibly proud of her daughter and feels truly blessed.
With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Bridgette prides herself on communication, efficiency, and ensuring a great experience for everyone involved. She is dedicated to providing positive, seamless interactions in every transaction.
Bridgette loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, boating, fishing, or enjoying the beauty of the ocean and the lakes, embracing Minnesota’s nickname as the land of 10,000 lakes. She also cherishes family moments, including attending church with her daughter and enjoying quality time together.
An animal lover at heart, Bridgette is deeply connected to nature and passionate about traveling the world. Her dedication to family, community, and the great outdoors truly defines who she is.
